When launching a new product or a new segment, its important to create a new customer persona/avatar to better identify your ideal customer. This is important when it comes to formulating massaging and clarifying the needs, desires and fears of your market.
An important step to take is to know your ‘Why’ and what your business ‘Really Is’ (not what you do or sell – we cover this in a worksheet available in our shop). Once you have clarity on this you can move on to better understanding who your ideal customer is.
